Vibe: "I take a lot of stuff but THIS is the one I feel" — cutting through the noise.

Example Product: Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate

  • 0-3s: Gesturing at a full supplement shelf — eight bottles, various sizes and brands — "I take all of these every day"
  • 3-6s: Hand reaches past the multivitamin, past the fish oil, past the probiotics — picks up the white Magtein bottle from the back
  • 6-8s: "But this is the one I actually feel. My sleep is completely different — I fall asleep faster, I stay asleep, and I wake up feeling like I actually rested instead of just being horizontal for eight hours."
  • 8-10s: Sets it back on the shelf, but slightly forward of all the others — it's in the inner circle; the others are supporting cast

9. Travel Supplement Kit

Vibe: Packing supplements for a trip — what makes the cut when space is limited.

Example Product: Ritual Essential Multivitamin

  • 0-3s: Open suitcase on the bed, a small clear pill case beside it, the full supplement collection spread out on the nightstand
  • 3-6s: Sorting through the bottles — some get set aside ("not essential for four days"), debating on others
  • 6-8s: The Ritual bottle — distinctive clear capsules with the visible beadlets — gets its capsules counted out and placed in the case without any hesitation; vitamin D and magnesium join after
  • 8-10s: Snap the pill case shut, zip it into the suitcase's toiletry pocket — the travel stack is curated and minimal; Ritual was never in question

10. Post-Workout Ritual

Vibe: Immediately after gym — mixing or taking supplement while still sweaty.

Example Product: Transparent Labs Recovery Blend

  • 0-3s: Garage gym — person drops a barbell after the last deadlift set, visibly sweaty, chest heaving, wiping forehead with a wrist wrap
  • 3-6s: Grab the shaker bottle from the floor, unscrew, scoop Transparent Labs powder from the tub — one heaping scoop of the pink watermelon powder
  • 6-8s: Add water, shake vigorously for 5 seconds, crack the lid — drink in long gulps, eyes closed, relief washing over their face
  • 8-10s: Leaning against the squat rack, shaker in hand, catching their breath — the refueling is as much a part of the workout as the lifts

11. The Palm Display

Vibe: Capsules/pills in an open palm — showing what you actually take, the physical ritual.

Example Product: Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega

  • 0-3s: Open palm over a clean kitchen counter — hand relaxed, fingers slightly spread, the surface below clean and minimal
  • 3-6s: Tipping the Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega bottle — soft gel capsules falling into palm, one, two — the amber capsules landing with a soft tap
  • 6-8s: Close-up of the amber soft gels in palm — the concentrated fish oil visible through the translucent casing, the size and shape clear
  • 8-10s: Quick toss into mouth, chase with a glass of water — done, daily ritual complete; two capsules and the omega-3s are handled for the day

12. Nightstand Lineup

Vibe: Nighttime supplements on the bedside table — winding down for sleep.

Example Product: Moon Juice Magnesi-Om

  • 0-3s: Cozy bedside table — warm amber lamp on, a dog-eared book, a glass of water, and two supplement bottles: melatonin and the Moon Juice Magnesi-Om jar
  • 3-6s: Picking up the Moon Juice jar, unscrewing, scooping the Berry Unstressed powder into the water glass — it fizzes slightly, turning the water a soft purple
  • 6-8s: Stirring with a finger, taking a sip — the fizzy magnesium drink; settling back against the headboard, covers pulled up
  • 8-10s: Reach over and click the lamp off — the Moon Juice jar silhouetted on the nightstand; the wind-down ritual is complete

13. My Non-Negotiables

Vibe: The 3 supplements you'd never cut — explaining why, casually.

Example Product: Momentous Omega-3

  • 0-3s: Face to camera with the full supplement shelf visible behind — "if I could only keep three things from this entire shelf…"
  • 3-5s: First pick — reaches back and grabs vitamin D — "I live in the Pacific Northwest, this is survival." Sets it on the counter.
  • 5-7s: Second pick — creatine — "too much research backing this to ever drop it." Counter.
  • 7-10s: Third pick — the Momentous Omega-3 — holds it a beat longer — "and I'd never cut this because it's pharmaceutical grade, I feel it in my focus and my joints, and it replaced three cheaper bottles I was taking before." Three bottles on the counter, the inner circle.

14. Fridge Door Reveal

Vibe: Opening the fridge to show where supplements live — organized or chaotic, both real.

Example Product: Seed DS-01

  • 0-3s: Kitchen — hand wraps around the fridge handle and pulls the door open
  • 3-6s: The fridge door shelf: among the oat milk, the hot sauce, and the condiments — the green glass Seed DS-01 jar sits in its spot, the refillable bottle looking intentional among the food
  • 6-8s: Hand grabs the Seed jar, twists it open, tips two green-and-white capsules into the palm — the probiotics stay cold, as recommended
  • 8-10s: Pop the capsules with a swig of water, set the jar back in its spot, close the fridge — the supplements live where the food lives, part of the daily routine

Settings: aspectRatio: "portrait", nFrames: "10"

15. The Water Drop

Vibe: Dropping powder/liquid supplement into water — watching it dissolve, swirl, transform.

Example Product: LMNT Electrolytes (Citrus Salt)

  • 0-3s: A clear glass of water on a white kitchen counter, LMNT Citrus Salt packet beside it — the bright packaging contrasting the clean surface
  • 3-6s: Tearing the packet open and pouring the powder into the water — the yellow-orange powder hitting the surface and beginning to dissolve on contact
  • 6-8s: Watching the swirl of citrus color spread through the clear water — mesmerizing diffusion, the orange plume expanding outward from the center
  • 8-10s: A quick stir with a spoon, lifting the glass — the water now a uniform bright citrus color, ready to drink; the transformation from plain water to electrolyte drink is oddly beautiful
